Substitution of the old convent complex and ex-tobacco factory with a new building organised following the morphology of the block and opening a wide collective “urban” space, leaving the ground floor entirely free, creating both an elevated square-terrace at the centre of the composition and with a connective function regarding the relationships between the various intended usages and between the entire complex and the city.
