The various episodes of the proposal are articulated into the complexity of the various functions and, based upon the respect for environmental sustainability criteria, envisage the recovery of the area occupied by the clay pits and the construction of a true part of the city, understood as a new residential habitat connected to the surrounding urban fabric.
