The text is a collection of projects for Sardinia by young Sardinian architects. Being aware of the possible danger of a nostalgic reference to the past, and of the dangers, in the opposed sense, of an unrealistic provincialism which only superficially represents an opening to the most advanced international instances, the purpose of these projects was that of confronting architecture once again with conceptual space, thus relating it thematically with its environment and its history, so as to derive the formal matrices of its own linguistic configuration.
