The building is configured as a reinterpretation of the archetype of the house with pitched roof, yet exaggerating the stylistic features through a linguistic strategy based on the abstraction of the traditional technological elements, unified by the pervasive homogeneity of the material, in this case a liver-red plaster which is interrupted only by the large windows, by the block of the external stairway and by a ‘spatialised’ railing that imitates technology and the anti-picturesque image of the industrial beam structure.
